Help shape the Swiss Army of tomorrow

The innovation community is waiting for you: Join in! Submit your own projects to InnoBase and receive feedback from the community. Check out other ideas and comment on them. Together, we move the Swiss Army forward.

Why we need you

No one knows the systemic challenges and weaknesses in your area better than you. Accessing this knowledge is the fundamental idea of bottom-up innovation.

Our goal is to motivate the employees of the Defense Group to contribute to changing the system, both from within and by taking initiative.
