I am part of the militia. How can I contribute my ideas?

The militia is the largest think tank in Switzerland! Tapping into this knowledge is our goal. However, since the InnoBase is currently only open to professional personnel from the army and administration, it is advisable to involve a professional soldier in your project. Typically, you will come into contact with non-commissioned officers and commissioned officers in the refresher courses.

We have a larger, concrete innovation project in my department. Can we have an informal discussion about it?

We are happy to help! It’s best to get in touch with us right away by filling out the contact form.

What does it cost to participate in a training by the Swiss Innovation Forces?

Our courses are free for employees of the Defense Group. However, registration is mandatory, and a processing fee will be charged for unexcused absences. Details can be found in the respective course registration.

What do I commit to when I become part of the Innovation Community?

You don't commit to anything, and you are free to contribute as much as you want. We are excited about every new member of the Innovation Community who wants to actively shape the Swiss Army of tomorrow. Whether digitally in the comment sections of InnoBase or at one of our events. Innovation needs exchange, and that's why we are looking for you.

What does it cost to participate in an event?

Participation in our events is free for employees of Group V. You "pay" so to speak with your great ideas, with which we will move the Swiss Army forward together 😊.
